首先，给大家展示一下泰国泼水节风情（Songkran Festival）。在疫情三年封闭的情况下，今年的泼水节，泰国民众显得格外的开心和享受。

1. 考察果园（visit durian orchard）

拜访了某果园的规模、采摘流程、装车流程、价格、付款方式、成熟及季节性、果园合格证等事宜，了解了当地果农和包装厂以及贸易商的合作方式。

Visited Durian orchard about the scale, picking process, loading process, price, payment, maturity and seasonality, certificate and other matters, to understand the cooperation mode of local fruit farmers, packaging factories and traders.

2. 考察水果包装厂（visit fruit packing factory）

主要是了解了包装厂的加工过程、工序要求、团队搭建、价格及付款方式、榴莲分级方法、催熟方式、测重装箱、上色风干、装箱贴标、装车方案等事宜。

Mainly know the production process, processing requirements, team building, price and payment, durian grading, ripening method, weight measurement and packing, coloring and air drying, labeling, loading plan and other matters of the packaging factory.

3. 和外运、YPL的相关领导洽谈（discuss with Sinotrans / YPL about as following）

主要交换了在泰国当地的物流运输、经营理念及策略、中泰之间的物流运输、当地的物流政策、通关效率、基础功能设施等意见。

Mainly exchanged comments with each other about transportation in Thailand, business philosophy and strategy, logistics mode between China and Thailand, local logistics policies, customs clearance efficiency, basic facilities and other information.

4. 和泰国OTL仓洽谈（visit OTL Thailand warehouse）

主要沟通了双方的业务范围、未来合作机制、泰国终端配送、仓库经营管理、往返中泰的卡车运输、零担落地配等事宜

Mainly talked the both business scope, future cooperation mechanism, terminal distribution, warehouse operation and management, truck transportation to and from China and Thailand, LCL distribution in Thailand, etc
